Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of entry-level employees • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members • Monitor and evaluate team members’ performance • Develop and implement team strategies and objectives • Monitor team progress and ensure deadlines are met • Ensure team members are following company policies and procedures • Facilitate effective communication between team members and other departments • Contribute to overall organizational success Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or a related field • At least two years of experience in a supervisory role • Proven leadership and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Preferred Skills: • Experience in team building and conflict resolution • Proven track record of successful team management • Project management experience • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques • Knowledge of customer service best practices
